The newly renovated natural trail in Fýdlant leads trough the nature reserve. The original route of the forest trail from 1843 was one kilometer long and connecter the area beneath the castle with the Cross Hill on the way.
You can reach the beginnig of the trail from the Way of the Cross (interconnectedú or from the tennis courts on the banks of the river Smědá below Frýdlant Castle and Chateau. The trail includes two stone pasageways under the railway line, a viewpoint over the river and relaxing spot by the sluice. Biking is forbidden along the forest nature trail.
